MEET THE TEAM

My approach to therapy is rooted in a person-centered philosophy—honoring each client’s unique experiences, strengths, and voice. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected. With an open mind and a creative spirit, I tailor our work together to fit your individual needs, using flexible, integrative strategies that support growth, insight, and self-compassion. Whether through conversation, expressive tools, or mindfulness practices, I strive to co-create a therapeutic environment that is both supportive and empowering.
Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling more connected to themselves, equipped with practical tools for emotional regulation, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. Together, we explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns with curiosity—not judgment—allowing space for clarity and healing.
I offer individual sessions to adolescents and adults. I am a certified school counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor. My Ph.D. is in Counselor Education and Supervision. Over the last decade, I have worked across public schools and private practices. Private pay is set at $120 per 50-minute session. Most insurance plans are accepted, except Medicaid and Medicare.
