HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?

It is my belief that as people become more aware and accepting of themselves, they are more capable of finding a sense of peace and contentment in their lives.  However, self-awareness and self-acceptance are goals that may take a long time to achieve.  Some clients need only a few sessions to achieve these goals, whereas others may require months or even years of therapy.  As a client, you are in complete control, and you may end your relationship with me at any point.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?

Most insurance coverage has a copay. If this is a concern, please contact your provider directly for more information on your particular plan.

Positive Reframe, LLC offers a limited number of reduced-fee appointments based on household income. Fees are determined according to the sliding scale and may be adjusted if your financial circumstances change. Reduced-fee sessions are subject to availability and are reviewed annually.

MY THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK

I practice under Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Frameworks. I encourage open communication on these theories and personal research to determine if these are suitable approaches for you.
